Processor and Performance
As a flagship smartphone, the OnePlus 11 comes with Qualcomm’s latest and greatest chip. It features the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chip that was announced at the Snapdragon Tech Summit in November 2022, and the OnePlus 11 is the company’s first phone to feature it.
The new chipset is based on the 2nd generation ARMv9 processor cores with a new architecture. The smartphone is also equipped with 512 GB of UFS 4.0 storage. This is a new storage technology that can support data rates up to 23.2 Gbps, which is about twice the speed of UFS 3. UFS 4.0 was first introduced by Samsung in May. The storage option includes up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM. As for the software, the phone comes with OxygenOS 13 based on Android 13.

There’s also a 32MP Sony IMX709 telephoto lens with 2x optical zoom and an RGBW chip to increase the amount of light it captures. According to OnePlus, the RGBW chip increases light capture by 416%.
The smartphone also retains Hasselblad camera optimization.
